I just like the slightly lower pressure (especially if used in sub-gauge tubes). That does not mean that with some combinations it could not be used with 7/8 or even 1-1/8 ounce loadings. The Remington SP20 is a good 1-oz wad in the 2-3/4" Winchester hull. My standard dove load in that hull is a Win209 primer, 21 gr HS-6, SP20 wad, and 1 oz of No. 9. Knocks 'em down right handy.1-1/8 oz 6s and 5s, 1 oz 6s and 5s. Also, I don't really trust the SP20 wad either. I have destroyed a couple birds at 20 yards with them, and recovered one SP20 that broke and shuttlecocked with a lot of pellets in it. Not much left of that breast. I guess there are other 1 ounce wads out there but I am fine now with the 7/8 oz.

There isn't one. You probably need the SP20 due to the greatly increased volume of bismuth (it looks like they use a 1oz lead wad for 7/8oz of bismuth). The RXP20 is next closest, a 7/8oz lead wad, which would hold less weight in bismuth (5/8oz maybe), but you can't get those either.
