Aug 7, 2019 · A national study of nearly 12,500 9th graders finds that two sessions of a 25-minute exercise on “growth mindset” can boost students’ grades and their willingness to take on challenging classes. .

We tested the 8-session growth mindset intervention in a sample of 1766 Chinese primary school students (age M = 10.61; SD = .99).
