Still too new to say it has a set price. There arent many out there and people will pay a lot. The rapier is getting used by most streamers during the raid and it has driven up the price because everyone wants it for the new raid. Still not guaranteed to be the meta yet.

Rapier is only slightly better in the niche places that have low defense (which typically dont drop good loot)or if ur using slayer helm or salve.
