So I found a company on etsy that makes beds to your specs from kiln-dried hardwood. It sounded insanely expensive and it definitely wasn't cheap.Let it be known that I've spent over $10,000 at West Elm in the past three years, but it seems they couldn't care less about retaining a loyal customer. West Elm's shoddy service and lack of accountability have left me infuriated and without a sofa. Avoid this company at all costs; they're more interested in profits than customer satisfaction. West Elm has cute modern home stuff - the price range is a little more than IKEA or Target, but not as much as like Pottery Barn. They have furniture, housewares, bedding, etc. I think the store was organized in that type of order, but honestly there were so many people in there and the cocktails were flowing, so don't quote me! ha."
