The Glock 30 SF is a short frame, to where they made the grip more the size on the 9MM/.40 so it feels better in most hands and does not print as much (Bobtail 1911ish). The 36 isn't bad either. It has slightly more felt recoil than the 30 due to lighter slide and thinner grip. I never noticed musch difference with the 36 slide on my 30 (same as 30s).

FYI the G41 and G21 frames are the same. the difference is in slide thickness.
