In the prison during the Siege of Drezen, I recruited Arueshalae using the Azata Mythic Path dialogue choice. Not sure if relevant, chose the Angel Mythic Path at the end of Act 2. Completed quest at Wintersun with Arueshalae in party and the camp dialogue with her after. Finished most of the quests/exploring in Act 3, leaving. I got it after killing her ex in the upper city, unless your already past that stage then just wait for 3 days after making sure you have no new open interactions with her.
