Your list is actually really good. People will argue about the top 4/5 but those are all definitely the top tiers. IMO Elec should be with Dark. Swap normal and steel for sure. Id put Ice into D tier, as it fits just in with Ghost and Fighting: Bad, really only good as counter-teams but outclassed even then.
