Overall, Unicorn isn't a bad talent to have on a healing pet (it's the best maycast heal imo), but you just have to be aware that it may be unusable for a decent amount of battles. Also, if you were planning on keeping unicorn on your main pet, I would highly advise against it if you play with others all the time..

It's not that uncommon to even see it go off twice in a single turn.
