This time (on ng+) i slayed Centipede, then i talked to Solaire near bonfire, returned to shortcut (without entering Lost Izalith) and opened it (chaos covenant +2). Painfully made my way to the crossing before the black knight and Tsorig, got stupidly wrecked with two hits from Tsorig. If you offered 30 humanity you can open it and it'll lead directly to the titanite demon. If you don't do that just kill the boss and the rest you should be able to figure out. But if you do go this direction, look up the hidden Izalith bonfire, trust me you need it.I think they should have kept the one bonfire at the start of demon ruins but taken out all of the others, while removing the capra horde before demon firesage. Demon Ruins also should have had an elevator going up to Tomb of the Giants around the first Lost Izalith bonfire after Centipede Demon (but only movable from Tomb).

Is there a bonfire I can use after it, before...It is a small area. The devs were rushed and Lost Izalith never got finished. The area itself is very simple, but the big enemies are annoying. Fortunately, you can skip all of them with the shortcut.
