I was helping my friend complete the Origins EE on Bo3 and when doing the piano step for upgrading the lightning staff, my friend shot the wrong tile and for the next 20 minutes we couldn't complete the step. Basically after doing the right sequence, the lightning bolts never disappeared. This happened in 3 different games.This is a video on how to fix the lightning staff puzzle.
