I bought a NZXT kraken x52 for my ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-I GAMING motherboard. I have installed the cooler and its required software "CAM". However, the cam is not detecting the kraken at all. Even the NZXT logo is not light up on the pump. I have tried every possible way. I dont see any kraken or any tab under Tuning tab or anywhere.I'm using it with the G12 to cool my GPU (2080 Ti). I had a similar setup in the past (Kraken X61, G10, 1080 Ti) that worked very well. Anyway, the X73 arrived and I set everything up. My PC could not detect the X73, nor did CAM. As someone else suggested, make sure that connection is secure in both the pump and the USB header on the motherboard. Also check your Device Manager and make sure that you aren't getting any warnings.
