I haven't made any CAM updates so I'm not sure what changed. I'm able to get it be recognized again if I restart and or manually install the Kraken drivers through CAM, but it eventually disappears again upon a fresh booth a day or two later.

I bought a NZXT kraken x52 for my ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-I GAMING motherboard. I have installed the cooler and its required software "CAM". However, the cam is not detecting the kraken at all. As someone else suggested, make sure that connection is secure in both the pump and the USB header on the motherboard. Also check your Device Manager and make sure that you aren't getting any warnings.
