During the active times of Bozja it took me about 2 Weeks for the first weapon, but i grinded it slowly so people could manage it in 1 Week. After the first weapon the time needed is severly reduced. If you have multiple classes at 80 you can hoard the quest on each step and farm some steps while doing the other.The quest should give 5 Timeworn Artifact + 3 bozjan gold coins.
