While the stinger requirement isn’t fun, it’s considerably easier than many other recent servants, and the rest of his stuff is super easy to get ahold of. All of Lanling’s skills are fantastic for his support role. Recommended skill order is 3>2>1. -Mask is a cross between Protection from Arrows and Charisma. Billy’s attack is quite low for a 3* Archer, and his HP isn’t really high enough to make up for it. Billy’s hit-counts are also pretty low for a Quick servant, and he’ll have trouble making an appreciable number of stars. His Arts NP gain is fairly standard for his deck, but he suffers from weak Quicks.

In Conclusion: There’s really no reason to pull for this guy from a gameplay standpoint, and he pretty much never shows up on a banner anyway. He’s totally obsoleted by higher-rarity servants and existing low-rarity servants do his job more-or-less equally well. He’s among the most forgettable servants in the game.This is not a Servant I would recommend targeting even in a world where Ryouma and Mandricardo didn’t exist.
