Thanks for the investigative report. Its hard to find info on this weapon. I sent an email to promag to ask about the 702 magazine and collapsible stock. Im pretty sure those two items work for the rossi rs22. A guy on youtube said he used these two items on his and didnt say if he had to carve or file anything. The Rossi RS22 and RB22 have become popular rifles over the past few years as they are reliable and dirt cheap. The Mossberg 702 plinkster magazines work for the RS22, as do the Mossberg 715t magazines. Haven't tried the ProMag mags, but did have an issue with an original Rossi RS22 mag that wouldn't seat. The front lip had a flare that kept it from seating and locking in.
