It's parked (P) and hand brake is engaged. forget about deleting/adding phone. All bluetooth/phone related menu are grayed out. I suspect bluetooth is faulty but I can't find where Honda install bluetooth module in this ...Just replace the screen, both should work, what actually I did. It will cost around $200-300. I entered with the assumption this was a cabling/connector issue. So the first thing I did was wiggle the two connectors going into the screen. One was a 2 pin and the other was an 8(?) pin. When wiggling the 2 pin connector the screen would go between working and, you guessed it, not working.
