The difference between 150 and 200 probably isn't that much. 102 kc, got my first purple (fang) at 68 kc and 2nd (ring) at 78. Doing 150s-220s. Fang was 220, ring was 185. Something being worth it in this case is hard to quantify as if you enjoy the content then it's worth doing.
