My litter robot has not been spinning for the past 2 days, I finally got time this evening to disassemble it and try to fix it. My symptoms were: flashing blue indicator light (as if box is as full when it was empty) and if by some miracle it did cycle it would stop after dumping the clumps down below.The pinch detect circuit is part of the DFI and this is the reason why when the globe is in the dump position the base attempts to change direction, and does for a split second, (this is when the pinch detect becomes active once again) and since the DFI has malfunctioned, the control board thinks a pinch is in progress and reverses the direction of the globe …A firm, level surface is required for accurate detection of cats and weight readings.
