Most of the threads I've seen is where the fuel line has been leaking towards the rear of the Jeep. Replacing fuel check-valve on Wrangler. My wrangler doesn't start on the first try anymore. I turn the key and it just cranks. I wait a second and boom, it starts right up. The old Jeep's with carbs used a mechanical pump that wouldn't fit on a SBC. Sense it's a 95, if the stock pump in the tank is still functional then you just need a pressure reducer specific for carbs. The return line also should be on the top side of the filter, above the carb line to prevent gas siphoning back to the tank when it sits, making for long cold starts. If it's only leaking while it's RUNNING AT the tank, it's most likely your return line and/or hose clamp. Loosen the back bolts and remove the front to tilt the tank forward so you can inspect. My bet is it's a hose clamp at the fuel pump. I use to pay 55 cents per foot for the old stuff, but today I paid nearly $9.00 for 2 feet of the f/i hose. Disconnecting the vacuum line to the regulator has no effect on the pressure. Check quadratec.com, you can get a fuel line replacement kit. If it were mine, i would run new line from the front to the rear for both the supply and the return lines. As well as the brake line, cause once you start messing with them, they will just start leaking somewhere else.
