Best thing to if all of the fuses look ok and it wont start working after resetting the computers, is let's get it scanned for trouble codes in the liftgate computer, I suspect that one of the sensors or the latch motor has failed and won't let it work right, but the codes should point us in the right direction.When this happens I would usually get the power tailgate malfunction on the dash.
