Unless they are running a server based around hate speech, or are actively promoting/condoning violence towards groups of people, it's not against ToS. Here is my take on it - quite controversial. I can't find that it is against ToS. We created Discord to be a platform that brings people together over shared experiences and gives everyone a place to belong.
