Immediately get two emails from Instacart, indicating my order was cancelled and my account has been locked. Locked account email has a button to Verify my Account. I click that button. The verification page asks me to enter the full card number. Instacart is probably doing this to battle the scammers that have been taking over both customers and shoppers accounts (and to prevent fraud being perpetrated by actual customers), but this seems a bit intrusive and unnecessary.
