It is completely possible to get enough item cooldown to stay high constantly so you never have to deal with the debuff. I have zero interest in chasing crabs off a cliff and would like to go ahead and unlock gesture of the drowned through editing the profile xml file. You only need 1 Gesture as well. Idk if the warhorn buff can stack, but I'd imagine if it can, if you get more Gestures and some fuel cells you'd be able to stack the buff.
