Even after patch 4:11 I can't scale the NPC text dialogue box anymore by right-click 140% or 120% and it is extremely irritating. NPC Text boxes were never scalable, since you can't open HUD Layout with them open, and they don't respond to CTRL+Home. Well i used to scale it before the patch not sure why i cant now.I think you have to pull the window over the tab to the left of your main window to merge it back. I know I did it while the servers were up. I think you misunderstood. I don't want to return a pulled out chat log into the main chat log in the lower right. Thanks, however I know about this. Its more for during battle when you are trying to move around the map and then a huge dialog box blocks your view. This box just feels so out of place.
