Founded in 2011, 1L LCLD Scholars has put hundreds of young attorneys on a leadership path through law school and beyond. To date, Skadden has welcomed more than 320 1L Scholars and more than half have returned to the firm as associates. In 2023, we hired 44 1L Scholars from more than a dozen top law schools around the country.
