Not to me tion there are glamour options that let us run around in non-stereotypical outfits making it impossible to distinguish who is doing what. It would make sense for jobs that spend 99% of the time casting. Even red mage can have an invisible weapon. It would just look odd. I would also not mind having invisible scholar and summoner books.
