Honda accord whining noise when starting

Ticking noise at cold start. Ok so I did the valve adjustment (for a second time) and tried to be extra careful this time around. I double checked the feeler gauges and rotated the engine for each valve to make sure I was on the back side of the cam lobe and then double checked each valve after tightening. But there's still a bit of a ticking ....
